سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
في مكتبة البابا كيرلس، نقوم بفحص وتغليف كل طلب بعناية قبل الشحن. يرجى قراءة السياسة التالية قبل إتمام الشراء.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال خلال 14 يوما
يمكن للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.
- يجب إرجاع المنتج بالغلاف الأصلي والملصقات والملحقات وكل المحتويات المرفقة.
- يجب تقديم إيصال أو إثبات شراء صحيح.
- يجب ألا تظهر على المنتج علامات استخدام أو تلف أو خدوش أو بقع أو روائح أو تعديل أو غسيل أو حرق أو بقايا شمع أو بخور أو سوء تخزين.
- يجب التواصل معنا قبل إرسال أي منتج للاسترجاع.
- قد نطلب صورا أو فيديوهات واضحة للمنتج والتغليف قبل الموافقة على الاسترجاع.
يتم فحص جميع المنتجات المرتجعة بعد استلامها. لا يتم إتمام الاسترداد أو الاستبدال إلا بعد التأكد من مطابقة المنتج لشروط الاسترجاع.
قبول استلام المنتج المرتجع لا يعني الموافقة التلقائية على الاسترداد، ويجب أن يجتاز المنتج الفحص أولا.
المنتجات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
إذا كان المنتج به عيب، أو وصل تالفا، أو مختلفا عن الوصف أو عن المنتج المطلوب، يجب على العميل التواصل معنا وإرسال صور أو فيديوهات واضحة للمشكلة.
يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة أو غير المطابقة خلال 30 يوما من تاريخ التسليم.
- يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج بنفس المنتج.
- يمكن طلب الاستبدال بمنتج آخر.
- يمكن طلب استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك متاحا.
لا يتحمل العميل مصاريف إضافية للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إذا ثبت أن المشكلة بسبب عيب في المنتج أو تلف أثناء الشحن أو خطأ من مكتبة البابا كيرلس.
التلف الناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو التخزين غير الصحيح أو الاستعمال العادي أو حادث بعد التسليم لا يعتبر عيبا صناعيا.
منتجات لا تقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
ما لم يكن المنتج معيبا أو مختلفا عن المطلوب، قد لا يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية:
- المنتجات المخصصة أو المصنوعة خصيصا للعميل.
- المنتجات المصنوعة بمقاسات أو مواصفات خاصة.
- المنتجات المطرزة أو المعدلة خصيصا.
- المنتجات التي تحمل اسما أو تصميما أو تركيبة ألوان أو كتابة اختارها العميل.
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو المغسولة أو المعدلة أو التي تم إصلاحها أو تلفت بعد التسليم.
- المنتجات التي لا يمكن إعادتها لحالتها الأصلية بسبب طبيعتها أو تغليفها أو طريقة استخدامها.
- المنتجات التي ينقصها الغلاف الأصلي أو الملصقات أو الملحقات أو أي محتويات مرفقة.
- المنتجات التي قد تتدهور سريعا أو لا يمكن التحقق من حالتها بأمان بعد فتحها.
يرجى مراجعة المقاس واللون والتصميم والكلمات والمواصفات وتفاصيل التخصيص بعناية قبل تأكيد أي طلب خاص.
مصاريف وإجراءات الاسترجاع
يجب التواصل معنا واستلام تعليمات الاسترجاع قبل إرسال أي منتج. المنتجات المرسلة دون تواصل أو موافقة مسبقة قد لا يتم قبولها.
يتم التعامل مع مصاريف الشحن وترتيبات الاسترجاع وفقا لمتطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في مصر.
إذا تم رفض طلب الاسترجاع لأن المنتج مستخدم أو تالف بسبب العميل أو غير مكتمل أو غير مطابق للشروط، قد يتحمل العميل تكلفة إعادة المنتج إليه.
إجراءات استرداد المبلغ
لا تتم معالجة أي استرداد إلا بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه. بعد انتهاء الفحص، يتم إبلاغ العميل بقبول أو رفض الاسترداد.
يتم رد المبلغ المقبول بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية حيثما أمكن، وقد تختلف مدة المعالجة حسب مزود الدفع أو البنك.
قد يتم التعامل مع رسوم التوصيل الأصلية حسب سبب الاسترجاع ومتطلبات حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.
نحتفظ بحق رفض الاسترجاع إذا انتهت مدة الاسترجاع، أو تم استخدام المنتج أو تعديله، أو تلف بعد التسليم، أو كانت الملحقات ناقصة، أو لم يطابق حالة الصور المرسلة من العميل، أو كان ضمن استثناء قانوني، أو لم يتم تقديم إثبات شراء.
لا تحد هذه السياسة من أي حقوق إلزامية مقررة للعملاء بموجب القانون المصري المعمول به.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
At Pope Kyrillos Bookshop, we carefully inspect and package every order before shipping. Please read the following policy before making a purchase.
Returns and Exchanges Within 14 Days
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and any included items.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, scratches, stains, odors, alteration, washing, burning, wax residue, incense residue, or improper storage.
- The customer must contact us before returning the product.
- Clear photographs or videos of the product and its packaging may be requested before the return is approved.
All returned products will be inspected after they are received. A refund or exchange will only be completed after confirming that the product meets the return conditions.
The acceptance of a return does not mean that the refund has been automatically approved. The returned product must first pass inspection.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If a product is defective, damaged upon delivery, different from its listed description, or different from the product ordered, the customer must contact us and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- A replacement of the product may be requested.
- An exchange for another product may be requested.
- A refund using the original payment method may be requested, where applicable.
The customer will not be charged additional return or replacement costs when the confirmed issue was caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or an error made by Pope Kyrillos Bookshop.
Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect storage, normal wear, or an accident after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Unless the product is defective or different from what was ordered, returns and exchanges may not be accepted for:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products made according to special measurements or specifications.
- Embroidered or specially altered products.
- Products carrying a customer-selected name, design, color combination, or inscription.
- Products that have been used, washed, modified, repaired, or damaged after delivery.
- Products that cannot be returned to their original condition due to their nature, packaging, or method of use.
- Products missing their original packaging, labels, accessories, or included items.
- Products that may deteriorate rapidly or whose condition cannot be safely verified after opening.
Please carefully review the size, color, design, wording, measurements, and customization details before confirming a special order.
Return Shipping
Customers must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any product. Products sent without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.
Shipping costs and return arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer-protection requirements.
Where a return request is rejected because the product is used, damaged by the customer, incomplete, or does not meet the return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the product back to them.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Once the inspection is completed, the customer will be informed whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Original delivery fees may be handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer-protection requirements.
We reserve the right to reject a return when the return period has expired, the product has been used or altered, the product was damaged after delivery, items or accessories are missing, the product does not match the condition shown in the customer submitted photographs, the product falls within a legally permitted exception, or proof of purchase cannot be provided.
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights granted to customers under applicable Egyptian law.
